IBC Nexus, operated by Integrate Built Concept Private Limited (IBCPL), provides market-access services: facilitating introductions to buyers, partners and distributors; enabling participation in trade events, delegations and platforms; and supporting India outreach for international organizers.
3. No guarantee of outcomes.
We facilitate introductions and access. We do not guarantee that any introduction, meeting or participation will result in a sale, agreement or specific commercial outcome. Dealings between you and any counterparty are your own responsibility.
4. Your responsibilities.
- Provide accurate, current and lawful information.
- Use the site and services only for lawful business purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including trade, export-control and sanctions requirements relevant to your sector and counterparties.
5. Intellectual property.
The site, its content, and the IBC Nexus name, logo and brand are the property of IBCPL or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
6. Third-party platforms & links.
Our services may direct you to third-party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn communities) or events operated by others. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms or conduct.
7. Confidentiality.
Information shared between you, us and counterparties should be treated as confidential and used only for the relevant introduction or engagement.
8. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBCPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify IBCPL against claims arising from your misuse of the site or services or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version.
